It's our first conference, but it's not our first rodeo. From the heart that founded the Hello Boss Community, and created the popular Eat Sleep Boss Retreat; comes the first edition of the Hello Boss Conference.

Ashley Knight (your conference host and emcee) is the visionary dreamer,  founder and CEO of the Hello Boss brand. She is a multi-passionate entrepreneur, mentor, community builder, people connector, business growth strategist and  planning queen!

There's a kind of magic that happens when women work together - community, connection, and collaboration!

This year's theme is "Better Together" and so the keynotes and focus sessions are centred around how you can grow and market your business, step into your purpose, collaborate with other women in business and tell your brand story. We're covering it all!

Tiffini is the Founder & CEO of Cool (kids’) Cabs, and a previous winner of the Fairlady Woman of the Future Award. She is a passionate advocate for child safety, women's rights and race equality. Having started Cool (kids’) Cabs as a passion project, she delights in the shared space empowering women whilst providing safe transport to children, in world where their safety is so readily overlooked.  



For Taryn, speaking is her forte; training is her privilege; and empowering others is her calling. As Owner of Aha Training & Development, Taryn is on a mission to crush the common misconception that learning is “BORING”, & provides training solutions that have no boundaries.  She's also advocates for awareness, & breaking the stigma surrounding mental illness.

Will there be child care facilities?

Unfortunately not.

Is the food halal? Will vegetarians and vegans be catered for?

Yes and yes. We are REALLY excited to share the menu with you. Camp Orchards have created a delicious spread which caters to a range of requirements and tastes.

What might I have to pull my wallet out for?

Nothing! Once you enter the premises, it's all included. The food, the beverages, the entertainment and the presentations. Don't forget to purchase a ticket for the soiree. There is limited space. 

Is there accommodation at the venue for out of towners?

No there isn't, but there are plenty of B&Bs in the area.

What's the weather like in Durban at that time of year?

It'll be winter so it might be chilly, especially in the mornings and evenings, but the days are generally mild and can even get quite warm in the sun.

Are you offering a payment plan?

Unfortunately not. Full payment is required upfront to outlay function costs and catering etc.

Are tickets limited?

Yes, the venue has a capacity, so once that is reached we will have to close the doors.

Is the soiree an ordinary cocktail party?

There is nothing ordinary about HBC. We aim to impress, and the soiree will be no exception. You will have the opportunity to rub shoulders with the speakers and meet your host, Ashley Knight.

Can anyone go to the conference or just Hello Boss Members only?
